摘要
对采用GB/T 5009.13—2003《食品中铜的测定》方法测定饮料中铜含量的不确定度进行了评定。通过建立数学模型,分析不确定度的主要来源,对测量结果的不确定度进行分析与评定,计算了测量结果的合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。
The uncertainty of copper content in the beverage was evaluated by GB/T 5009.13--2003 《Determination of copper in food》 . Through the establishment of mathematical model, the main sources of uncertainty are analyzed, the uncertainty of the measurement results was analyzed and evaluated, and the synthetic standard uncertainty and extended uncertainty of the measurement results were calculated.
