基于微信平台的PBL教学在腹腔镜外科中的培训实践

PBL Teaching Based on WeC hat Platform in Laparoscopic Surgical Training Practice

目的研究微信平台在腹腔镜医师教学的PBL教学实践。方法对自2012年以来腹腔镜医生培训教学的经验总结及问题分析,提出适合腹腔镜医师教学的PBL教学方案,选取2014年6月-2016年6月在我科进修、规培医师71例随机分为2组,一组使用基于微信平台的PBL教学,一组用传统方法教学,学习腹腔镜胆囊切除手术完毕对教学效果进行用问卷调查形式评价。结果基于微信平台的PBL教学组在学习时间及主动性、关键安全视图获得能力、独立手术胜任能力等方面与传统方法教学组水平提高方面差异有统计学意义。结论基于微信平台的PBL教学在腹腔镜外科培训实践中有效地保证腹腔镜医师教学质量并建立良好继续教育支持平台,全面提升其对腹腔镜外科的综合掌握能力。

Objective To study the WeChat platform in laparoscopic doctors teaching PBL teaching practice. Methods Since 2012 laparoscopic doctors training teaching experience and problem analysis, put forward suitable for .laparoscopic physicians in the teaching of PBL teaching plan, selecting from June 2014 to June 2016 pursue advanced study in our department, gauge physician 71 cases were randomly divided into twogroups, one group using PBL teaching based on WeChat platform, a set of teaching in the traditional way, learning after laparoscopic gallbladder surgery for evaluation of teaching effect in the form of a questionnaire survey. Results Based on WeChat platform of PBL teaching group time and initiative in learning, the key security view competence having ability, independent operation, increase the level of traditional teaching group differences in aSpects of statistical significance. Conclusion PBL teaching based on WeChat platform in laparoscopic surgical training practice effectively ensure the quality of laparoscopic doctors teaching and establish a good continuing education support platform, improve the comprehensive mastery of laparoscopic surgery.
