医院感染学与口腔专业本科课程整合的探索与效果评价 被引量:2

摘要 目的在口腔专业本科教学中整合医院感染学内容,构建学生的医院感染学知识体系,促使口腔本科生养成医院感染的防控意识,并能够将防护知识和技能学以致用,从而最大限度的保障其自身和患者安全,避免医院感染发生。方法选择两届口腔专业本科学生各103人,第一届为实验组进行课程整合,第二届为对照组常规授课。针对授课内容,设计试卷由两组学生参与作答,成绩作为理论评价;由两位教师同时对两组学生进行实践内容的考核,成绩取平均值作为该学生的实操评价。课程结束后对实验组学生发放自编调查问卷,了解学生对课程设置及授课内容的反馈。结果实验组教师评价平均得分均高于对照组,P<0.001;学生调查问卷反馈建议增加课时数,适当减少讲授课时,增加实操和案例式教学的课时;增加医院感染管理专职人员授课;同时安排经验丰富的老师带教。结论在口腔专业本科生中设置医院感染学课程有利于学生的未来实习和医师执业,是很有意义的教学探索。 Objective To integrate the contents of nosocomial infection in the undergraduate teaching of stomatology, and construct a hospital infection knowledge system for students, to promote the awareness of prevention and control of nosocomiat infection among oral undergraduates, and to apply the protective knowledge and skills into practice, maximize the protection of their own and patient safety, to avoid nosocomial infection. Methods Two stomatological undergraduate students were selected, each of them with 103 students, the first session of the experimental group were adopted curriculum integration, the second session were adopted routine lectures~ According to the content oft_he course, the design test papers were answered by two groups of students, and the resialts were evaluated by theory; at the same time, two groups students to carry out practical content assessment, the average score as a practical evaluation. At the end of the course, the students in the experimental group were given a self-designed questionnaire to understand the students' feedback on the curriculum and the content of the course. Results The average scores of the experimental group were higher than that of the control group, P 〈 0.001; The feedback of the students' questionnaire suggested to increase the number of class hours, reduce the teaching hours properly, and increase the teaching hours of actual practice and ease teaching; increase full-time staff m hospital infection management; arrange experienced teachers to teach at the same time. Conclusion Setting up hospital infection course among stomatological undergraduates is helpful for students' future practice and doctor's practice. It is a meaningful teaching exploration.
