摘要
外科护理学实训课对医学院的护理学生来讲,是理论联系实践的重要环节,对学生以后走向临床工作岗位起着及其重要的作用。但是在实训课中,学生学习不积极不主动,而且随着互联网技术的发展,手机控、低头族越来越多,已经严重影响了课堂的教学质量,实训课操作动手能力要求比较高,但是学生的逃课率越来越严重,对实训课的教学效果造成很大的不良影响。文章通过在外科护理学实训课中使用对分课堂教学模式来提高学生的操作技能,为护理学生以后在医院实习或工作打下坚实的实践基础。
The training course of surgical nursing is an important link of theory and practice, and plays an important role in the clinical work for students. But in the training course, students are not active or active, and along with the development of Internet technology, mobile phone control, bow family more and more, has seriously affected the quality of classroom teaching, practical ability of practical courses is relatively high, but the rate of students' truancy is more and more serious, which has a great impact on the teaching effect of practical training courses. This paper aims to improve the students operation skills by using the PAD class teaching model in the course of surgical nursing practice, lay a solid foundation for practice and work in hospital after nursing students.
