新生儿风疹病毒IgM阳性相关临床研究

摘要 目的观察新生儿风疹病毒IgM阳性与临床症状的关系。方法选取在我院出生的新生儿450例,采用ELISA检测RV-IgM,观察RV-IgM阳性与临床症状的关系。结果 RV-IgM阳性新生儿出生体质量低于RV-IgM阴性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);出生后1分钟Apgar评分,RV-IgM阳性评分低于RV-IgM阴性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。14例RV-IgM阳性患儿有10例出现临床症状,构成比71.4%。结论 RV-IgM阳性可以作为诊断患儿感染RV病毒的重要的检查指标,并且与临床症状关系密切,需引起临床重视。 Objective To observe the relationship between neonatal rubella virus IgM positive and clinical symptoms. Methods 450 neonates born in our hospital were selected, and RV-IgM was detected by ELISA, the relationship between RV-IgM positive and clinical symptoms was observed. Results RV-IgM positive birth weight was lower than RV-IgM negative, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). The Apgar score 1 minute after birth, and the positive rate of RV-IgM were lower than RV- IgM negative, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). In 14 cases of RV-IgM positive children, 10 cases had clinical symptoms, and the ratio was 71.4%. Conclusion RV-IgM positive can be used as an important indicator for the diagnosis of RV infection in children, and has close relationship with clinical symptoms, so it should be paid more attention to.
