肝病诊疗中肝活检病理诊断的临床应用价值

Clinical Value of Pathological Diagnosis of Liver Biopsy in Liver Disease Diagnosis and Treatment

目的探析肝病诊疗中肝活检病理诊断的临床应用价值。方法2016年1月—2017年1月,我院共收治140例肝病患者,依照其入院前后双次序将其分为对照组(n=70)与观察组(n=70)。对照组进行常规检查,观察组进行肝穿刺活检。通过对两组患者检查有效性以及诊断准确性进行相应对比。结果在临床检查有效率上,对照组低于观察组(80.00%<97.14%,P<0.05)。在诊断准确率上,对照组低于观察组(85.71%<98.57%,P<0.05)。结论肝活检病理检查有利于肝病的临床诊断。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of pathological diagnosis of liver biopsy in liver disease diagnosis and treatment. Methods From January 2016 to January 2017, a total of 140 patients with liver diseases were admitted to our hospital, they were divided into control group （n=70） and observation group （n=70） according to their double order before and after admission. Control group received routine examination, and the observation group received liver biopsy. Validity and accuracy of the two groups were compared. Results In the clinical examination, the control group was lower than the observation group （80.00% 〈 97.14%, P 〈 0.05）. With regard to the diagnostic accuracy, the control group was lower than that of the observation group （85.71% 〈 98.57%, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Pathological examination of liver biopsy is helpful for clinical diagnosis of liver disease.
