阴式彩超在腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤(肌壁间)剔除术中的临床应用价值

Clinical Value of Transvaginal Color Doppler Ultrasound in the Removal of Myoma of Uterus Under the Laparoscope

目的对阴式彩超在腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术中的临床应用效果与价值进行讨论分析。方法随机将我院从2014年8月—2015年11月我院诊治的联合彩超进行诊断的32例行腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术患者作为研究对象,将患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 32例患者均全部进行了阴式彩超的检查,并结合检查结果进行了腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除手术,其手术效果有效率为97%,患者均未出现感染或者其他不良反应的情况。结论采取阴式彩超对患者进行术前诊断,能够更好的反应出患者的具体情及部位,方便医生准确的把握患者病情进行治疗,使患者的治疗效果显著,降低了手术的风险性。

Objective The clinical effect and value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in laparoscopic myomectomy is discussed and analyzed. Methods Randomly selected 32 cases of laparoscopic myomectomy in our hospital from August 2014 to November 2015 as the study subjects, clinical data of the patients were analyzed retrospectively. Results All the 32 patients were examined by t ransvaginal color doppler ultrasonography, combined with the results of the examination, laparoscopic myomectomy was performed, the effective rate of the operation was 97%, no infection or other adverse reactions occurred. Conclusion Transvaginal color doppler ultrasound was used to diagnose the patient before operation, which can better reflect the specific situation and location of the patient, convenient doctors to accurately grasp the patient＇s condition for treatment, treatment effect is remarkable and the risk of operation is reduced.
