盐酸右美托咪定在老年全麻腹部手术患者苏醒拔管期的应用价值

The Value of Dexmedetomidine in the Period of Extubation in Elderly Patients Undergoing General Anesthesia for Abdominal Operation

目的分析盐酸右美托咪定在老年全麻腹部手术患者苏醒拔管期的应用价值。方法选取2017年1—4月收治的70例老年全麻腹部手术患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,手术结束前10分钟给予观察组患者泵注小剂量右美托咪定,给予对照组患者泵注相同剂量的生理盐水,对比两组应用效果。结果观察组T2、T3、T4Ramsay镇静评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盐酸右美托咪定在老年全麻腹部手术患者苏醒拔管期的应用价值显著。

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of dexmedetomidine in the period of extubation in elderly patients undergoing general anesthesia for abdominal operation. Methods From January to April 2017, 70 elderly patients undergoing abdominal surgery under general anesthesia were selected as the subjects of study, the two groups were divided into two groups by random number table, observation group were injected with a small dose of dexmedetomidine at 10 minutes before the end of the operation, control group were injected with the same amount of normal saline, the effect of two groups was compared. Results The sedation scores of T2, T3, T4 and Ramsay in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Dexmedetomidine hydrochloride has significant value in the period of extubation in elderly patients undergoing general anesthesia for abdominal operation.
