抗青光眼手术治疗持续性高眼压性青光眼的效果探讨

The Effect of Anti-glaucoma Surgery on Persistent High Intraocular Pressure Glaucoma

目的探究持续性高眼压性青光眼患者采用抗青光眼手术的治疗效果。方法选取本院2012年3月—2017年3月的45例接受手术治疗的青光眼患者,根据用药后眼压情况分为两组,观察组22例患者为用药后眼压超过40 mm Hg,即持续性高眼压,对照组23例患者为用药后眼压不足40 mm Hg。并对两组患者的治疗总有效率、滤过泡分型与并发症发生率情况予以对比。结果两组患者的总有效率,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者滤过泡分型对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率为50.00%,高于对照组的17.39%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论持续性高眼压青光眼患者采用抗青光眼手术的治疗效果与普通性青光眼的治疗效果类似,但持续性高眼压患者的并发症发生率较高,所以,需要合理选择手术方式对持续性高眼压青光眼进行治疗。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of anti-glaucoma surgery for patients with persistent high intraocular pressure glaucoma. Methods 45 patients with glaucoma treated in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2017 were selected. According to the intraocular pressure after treatment, they were divided into two groups. In the observation group, 22 patients had intraocular pressure of more than 40 mmHg, that was persistent high intraocular pressure. In the control group, 23 patients were with intraocular pressure less than 40 mmHg. The total effective rate, filtering bleb classification and complication rate of the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups （P〉0.05）. There was no significant difference between the two groups in filtration bleb classification （P〉0.05）. The complication rate of the observation group was 50.00%, higher than 17.39% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of glaucoma with persistent high intraocular pressure is similar to that of the normal glaucoma. However, the incidence of complications in patients with persistent high intraocular pressure is high,so it is necessary to select reasonable surgical methods for the treatment of durative ocular hypertension glaucoma.
