椎间植骨融合与横突间植骨融合治疗腰椎滑脱症的比较观察

Comparison of Interbody Fusion and Intertransverse Fusion in the Treatment of Lumbar Spondylolisthesis

目的分析椎间植骨融合与横突间植骨融合治疗腰椎滑脱症的效果。方法选取来我院就医的腰椎滑脱症患者88例(2014年1月1日—2017年1月1日)作为本次研究的对象,通过动态化随机单双号分组的方法将其分为两组,分别给予椎间植骨融合、横突间植骨融合治疗,探究两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、并发症发生率、植骨融合率、复位率的差异性。结果观察组手术时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,P<0.05,而在植骨融合率以及复位率的比较中,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论横突间植骨融合治疗腰椎滑脱症具有一定的应用效果。

Objective To evaluate the effect of interbody fusion and intertransverse fusion in the treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis. Methods The patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis of 88 eases were selected as the subjects of this study （from January 1, 2014, January 1, 2017）. They were divided into two groups by dynamic randomized single-pair grouping, Two groups were treated with intervertebral fusion and intertransverse fusion. The difference of the operation time, intraoperative blood loss, complication rate, bone graft fusion rate and reset rate was explored. Results The operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group. The intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group. The complication rate was lowerer than that of the control group, P〈0.05. In the comparison of bone graft fusion rate and reset rate. The difference was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Transverse interbody fusion has a certain effect in the treatment of lumbar spondylolistbesis.
