Objective To observe and compare the clinical effect of arthroscopie debridement and rehabilitation therapy for elderly knee osteoarthritis in different stages. Methods From February 2016 to February 20i7, a total of 240 patients with knee osteoarthritis treated in our hospital were selected as the objects of comparative observation. According to random number table method, they were divided into the control group (120 eases) and the observation group (120 eases). The two group received arthroscoplc treatment, while the control group only received rehabilitation treatment. The observation group was treated with debridement. The two groups were divided into stages according to the Kellgren - Lawrence X ray classification standard, stage I, stage II, stage III, stage IV, 60 cases in each, and the efficacy of the two groups was compared and observed. Results The stage Ⅰ, Ⅱ Lysholm score and VAS score of the observation group were significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). But there was no significant difference between stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ (P〉0.05). Conclusion For elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis, the clinical effect of arthroscopic debridement is better than rehabilitation treatment, which can relieve pain and improve joint function.
