PCT、CRP、ISS评分与多器官功能障碍综合征

Predictive Value of PCT, CRP and ISS Scores in Patients With MODS

目的探讨多发伤患者外周血血清降钙素原(PCT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平联合创伤严重程度评分(ISS)与多器官功能障碍综合征(MODS)的关系及临床意义。方法将62例在我院急诊救治的多发伤患者,分别检测外周血血清PCT、CRP水平并进行ISS评分,并跟踪患者后期有无MODS发生,将患者分为非MODS组和MODS组,并与20例健康志愿者对照比较。结果与对照组相比,所有MODS患者血清PCT、CRP水平及ISS评分在伤后早期升高(P<0.01);非MODS组与MODS组相比较各项指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期监测多发伤患者血清PCT、CRP水平并联合ISS评分,能更早地预测MODS的发生。

Objective To study the multiple trauma patients with peripheral blood serum calcitonin （PCT） and c-reactive protein （CRP） level joint injury severity score （ISS） and multiple organ dysfunction syndrome （MODS） and its clinical significance. Methods 62 patients in our hospital emergency treatment of multiple trauma, peripheral blood was detected in serum PCT and CRP level and ISS score, and follow up late patients without MODS, divided the patients into the MODS group and MODS group, and compared with 20 healthy volunteers. Results Compared with control group, all MODS patients of serum PCT and CRP levels and ISS score after the injury early increased significantly （P〈0.01）; The indicators of MODS group compared with the MODS group were significantly different （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Early detection ofpolytrauma patient serum PCT and CRP levels and joint ISS scores, can be more early to predict the occurrence of MODS.
