针灸治疗慢性脑供血不足的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Acupuncture and Moxibustion on Chronic Cerebral Circulation Insufficiency

目的探讨针灸治疗慢性脑供血不足的临床效果。方法对照组给予常规西医药物治疗,研究组在常规药物治疗基础上加用中医针灸,两组慢性脑供血不足患者均连续治疗3个疗程。结果研究组慢性脑供血不足患者临床治疗总有效率为87.76%、对照组为71.43%,数据对比P<0.05。结论常规治疗基础上加用针灸可提高慢性脑供血不足患者临床疗效,有利于保障其生活质量。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of chronic cerebral insufficiency. Methods The control group was treated with routine western medicine treatment. The＇study group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture on the basis of routine drug treatment. Two groups of patients with chronic cerebral insufficiency underwent continuous treatment for 3 courses. Results In the study group, the total effective mtc of chronic cerebral insufficiency was 87.76%, and 71.43% in the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion Routine therapy combined with acupuncture and moxibustion application can significantly improve the clinical efficacy in patients with chronic cerebral insufficiency, are conducive to the protection of the quality of life.
