通窍鼻炎胶囊治疗急性鼻炎的临床疗效探究

Clinical Effect of Tongqiao Rhinitis Capsule in Treating Acute Rhinitis

目的探究通窍鼻炎胶囊治疗急性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法选取2014年6月—2017年4月我院收治的108例急性鼻炎患者作为观察对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=54)和研究组(n=54),对照组应用鼻渊舒口服液进行治疗,研究组应用通窍鼻炎胶囊进行治疗,对两组治疗效果和安全性进行比较。结果两组治疗总有效率统计比较,对照组低于研究组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率统计比较,对照组高于研究组(P<0.05)。结论通窍鼻炎胶囊治疗急性鼻炎效果良好,安全可靠。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Tongqiao Rhinitis Capsule in the treatment of acute rhinitis. Methods 108 patients with acute rhinitis were enrolled in this study from June 2014 to April 2017. The patients were divided into control group （n=54） and study group （n=54） according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with Biyuanshu oral liquid treatment, the study group was treated with Tongqiao rhinitis capsule for treatment, treatment and safety between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the two groups were comopared, the control group was lower than the study group （P〈0.05）. The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the two groups was compared, the control group was higher than the study group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Tongqiao Rhinitis Capsule is effective, safe and reliable in the treatment of acute rhinitis, and has positive clinical reference and popularization value.
