自拟胃脘通汤剂联合西药治疗胃及十二指肠溃疡患者效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Self-made Weiwantong Decoction Combined With Western Medicine in Treating Gastric and Duodenal Ulcer

目的分析自拟胃脘通汤剂联合西药治疗胃及十二指肠溃疡患者的效果。方法研究选取来我院就医的胃及十二指肠溃疡患者118例(2015年11月22日—2016年10月28日)作为本次研究的对象,通过动态化随机单双号分组的方法将其分为两组,分别给予常规药物、自拟胃脘通汤剂联合西药治疗,探究两组患者治疗效果以及半年后复发情况的差异性。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效例数为55例,半年后复发例数为2例,对照组患者的治疗总有效例数为35例,半年后复发例数为11例;两组患者的结果相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟胃脘通汤剂联合西药治疗胃及十二指肠溃疡患者具有一定的应用效果。

Objective To analyze the effect of self-made Weiwantong Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of gastric and duodenal ulcer. Methods 118 cases of stomach and duodenal ulcer patients were selected in our hospital （from November 22, 2015 to October 28, 2016） as the object of this study. They were divided into two groups by means of dynamic random odd even grouping, And were respectively given routine drug, self-made weiwantong decoction combined with western medicine treatment. The treatment effect of the two groups and the difference of recurrence after six months were investigated. Results The total effective number of patients in the observation group was 55 cases, six months later, the number of recurrence was 2 eases. The total effective number of patients in the control group was 35 cases, and the number of recurrence was 11 eases after half a year. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Weiwantong decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of gastric and duodenal ulcer patients has certain application effect.
