中药结合乳管镜介入治疗浆细胞性乳腺炎38例临床观察

Clinical Observation on Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined With Interventional Therapy of Breast Duct Endoscope in the Treatment of 38 Cases of Plasma Cell Mastitis

目的探究中药结合乳管镜介入治疗浆细胞性乳腺炎的效果。方法收集2015年1—12月我院收治的浆细胞性乳腺炎患者68例,按治疗方式不同分为两组,对照组予以乳管镜介入治疗,观察组接受中药结合乳管镜介入治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组治愈率为78.9%;对照组治愈率为53.3%(P<0.05);观察组复发率为2.6%,低于对照组的20.0%(P<0.05)。结论中药结合乳管镜介入治疗浆细胞性乳腺炎效果显著。

Objeetive To investigate the effect of TCM combined with interventional therapy of breast duct endoscope in the treatment of plasma cell mastitis. Methods From January to December 2015, 68 eases of plasma cell mastiffs were divided into two groups according to different treatment modalities. The control group was treated with interventionaI therapy with a tube endoscope, the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with interventional therapy of breast duct endoscope, treatment effect between two groups were compared. Results The cure rate of the observation group was 78.9%, the cure rate of the control group was 53.3% （P〈0.05）. The recurrence rate of the observation group （2.6%） was significantly lower than that of the contr61 group （20.0%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of TCM combined with interventional therapy of breast duct endoscope in the treatment of plasma cell mastiffs is remarkable.
