探讨循证护理在神经根型颈椎病患者护理中的效果

目的探究循证护理对神经根型颈椎病患者的应用效果。方法选取64例2015年7月—2016年9月的本院神经根型颈椎病患者做研究,随机分两组,每组32例,观察组给予循证护理,对照组给予常规护理,比较疾病认知评分、护理满意评分,生活质量评分。结果观察组疾病认知程度各项评分较高,且护理满意评分达到(95.43±2.70)分,生活质量各项评分高于对照组,观察组更具优势,P<0.05。结论循证护理干预对神经根型颈椎病患者的应用效果非常显著。

Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based care on patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Methods 64 patients with nerve root type cervical spondylosis in our hospital from July 2015 to September 2016 were studied And randomly divided into two groups, 32 cases in each group. The observation group was given evidence-based nursing, while the control group was given routine care. QOL scores, disease cognitive score, nursing satisfaction score and quality of life score were compared between two groups. Results The scores of disease cognition in observation group were higher. The scores of nursing satisfaction reached （95.43 ±2.70） points, and the scores of QOL were higher than those of the control group, The observation group had more advantages, P〈0.05. Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing intervention in patients with nerve root type of cervical spondylosis is very effective.
