术前心理护理干预对行老年性白内障手术患者的影响研究

Research on Influence of Preoperative Psychological Nursing Intervention for Surgical Treatment of Senile Cataract

目的分析研讨术前心理护理干预对行老年性白内障手术患者的影响。方法用随机抽签方式,从我院2015年4月—2016年7月收治的老年性白内障手术患者中,抽取80例纳入到讨论中,用随机数字法分两组,每组各40例,对照组术前接受常规性护理,研究组接受心理护理干预,观察患者心理状况、心率等,并对比分析。结果对比术前1 d时SAS评分、术前24 h心率,组间数据差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对比术前15 min时SAS评分、术中心率,研究组低于对照组,组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年性白内障手术患者术前接受心理护理干预,可缓解其生理应激和心理不良情绪,确保手术质量,有利于术后康复。

Objective To analyze and discuss the influence of preoperative psychological nursing intervention for surgical treatment of senile cataract. Methods 80 cases of patients with senile cataract surgery in our hospital from April 2015 to July 2016 were randomly selected and included in the discussion by the random ballot method. They were divided into two groups, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing before operation, while the study group received psychological nursing intervention. Then, the psychological status and heart rate of patients were observed and analyzed. Results The SAS score before the operation for 1 d,the heart rate before the operation for 24 h were compared, and the data between the two groups were not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. The SAS score after the operation for 15 min, the heart rate in the operation were compared, and the study group was lower than the control group, the data between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The psychological nursing intervention conducted before the operation for surgical treatment of senile cataract, can relieve the physiological stress and the bad mood, ensure the quality of operation, and has a favorable effect on postoperative rehabilitation.
