摘要
目的分析总结骨折患儿的心理护理方法,提高骨折患儿的临床护理效果。方法选取68例2015年3月—2017年3月收治的骨折患儿,给予有针对性的心理护理,观察患儿的护理效果及满意度。结果经护理后,本组患儿中67例痊愈,1例伤侧存在轻微残疾,患儿及家属满意度为98.53%。结论骨折患儿大多存在不同程度的心理问题,合理心理护理干预能够有效改善患儿心理状态,提高疗效,加速患儿恢复。
Objective To analyze and summarize the nursing methods of children with fracture, to improve the clinical nursing effect of fracture in children. Methods 68 cases of children with fracture from March 2015 to March 2017 were given targeted psychological care, nursing effect and satisfaction were observed. Results After nursing, 67 children were cured, there was a slight disability in 1 case of the injured side. The satisfaction rate of children and their relatives was 98.53%. Conclusion Most of the children with fracture have different degree of psychological problems. Rational psychological nursing intervention can effectively improve the psychological status of children, improve the curative effect, and accelerate the recovery of children.
