腹腔镜胆囊切除术中规范化护理措施的应用

The Application of Standardized Nursing Measures on Patients With Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

目的研究并分析对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者使用规范化护理措施的效果。方法收集腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者共58例,按照随机数字表将其分为对照组(29例)和观察组(29例),对照组接受常规护理,观察组联合规范化护理措施,将两组手术观察指标、术后疼痛评分以及并发症发生率进行观察和对比。结果相较于对照组,观察组的手术观察指标均更优;术后疼痛评分,观察组低于对照组;而在并发症发生率方面,观察组低于对照组,P<0.05。结论在腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的护理过程中,规范化护理措施能够显著缓解患者的痛苦,减少术后并发症的发生风险,使患者更快康复。

Objective To discuss the application of standardized nursing measures on patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods 58 patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy admitted to our hospital were chose and divided into control group （29 cases） and observation group （29 cases）. Control group was given regular nursing, and observation group was administered standardized nursing measures. Nursing quality of two groups was compared; Results Compared with the control group, the operation effect in observation group was better. Postoperative pain score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group. In the complication rate, the observation group was lower than that of the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion The application of standardized nursing measures on patients with laparoscopie cholecystectomy could relieve postoperative pain, reduce the risk of postoperative complications, SO that patients recover faster.
