老年股骨粗隆骨折PFNA内固定术并发症预防及护理

Prevention and Nursing of Complications of PFNA Internal Fixation for Elderly Patients With Femoral Intertrochanteric Fracture

目的对PFNA内固定治疗方案应用于股骨粗隆骨折患者时的并发症防护措施进行分析。方法从2016年1月—2017年3月入住我院骨科的老年股骨粗隆骨折患者中选择60例进行随机分组,基础组30例实施常规护理,干预组中的30例则实施优质护理,观察两组的并发症以及满意度。结果基础组有9例发生并发症,干预组中有2例,P<0.05;基础组满意度为66.67%,干预组为93.33%,P<0.05。结论对于接受PFNA内固定方案治疗的股骨粗隆骨折老年患者,加以优质护理可提升内固定效果。

Objective To analyze the prevention and treatment of complications of PFNA internal fixation in patients with intertrochanteric fracture. Methods From January 2016 to March 2017, 60 elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The 30 cases in the basic group received routine nursing, while 30 cases in the intervention group received high quality care. Complications and satisfaction were observed between the two groups. Results There were 9 cases of complications in the basic group, 2 cases in the intervention group, P〈0.05. The satisfaction rate of basic group was 66.67%, and that of intervention group was 93.33%, P〈0.05. Conclusion For the elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture, PFNA internal fixation and high quality nursing can improve the effect of internal fixation.
