优质护理对脑栓塞后抑郁患者神经功能康复的影响评价

Effect of Quality Nursing on Neurological Rehabilitation in Patients With Depression After Cerebral Embolism

目的研究并分析对脑栓塞患者使用优质护理服务的效果。方法选择我院2016年2—9月收治的脑栓塞患者100例,按照患者的入院顺序将其分为对照组(50例)和实验组(50例),对照组接受常规护理,实验组则联合优质护理服务,将两组患者的焦虑和抑郁自评量表评分、神经功能进行观察和对比。结果实验组的焦虑和抑郁自评量表评分均低于对照组,实验组患者的神经功能状态优于对照组,其差异具有统计学意义,P均<0.05。结论在脑栓塞的护理过程中,人性化优质护理服务能够显著改善患者的负性情绪,缩短住院治疗时间,减轻患者负担,并降低疾病的并发率,使患者更加受益。

Objective To study and analyze the effect of high quality nursing services on patients with cerebral embolism. Methods 100 patients with cerebral embolism admitted from February to September 2016 in our hospital were selected. The patients were divided into control group （50 cases） and experimental group （50 cases） according to the order of admission. The control group received routine nursing care, while the experimental group received high quality nursing service. The scores of anxiety and depression, self rating scale and neurological function of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The scores of anxiety and depression self rating scale in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the neurological function of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant, P〈0.05. Conclusion For patients with cerebral embolism, humane quality care can significantly improve the negative emotions of patients, shorten the hospitalization time, reduce the burden of patients, and reduce the incidence of the disease, make the patient more benefit.
