21世纪以来我国档案价值鉴定研究进展

Research Review on the Archival Value Appraisal in China Since the 21st Century

2000年以来,档案价值鉴定在我国成为研究热点。通过文献分析发现,新世纪以来,我国档案价值鉴定研究主要关注档案价值鉴定必要性、档案价值鉴定基础理论、档案价值鉴定困境与对策、档案保管期限表、电子文件价值鉴定、专门档案价值鉴定六个方面。当前,我国档案价值鉴定基础理论研究较薄弱,研究视角、方法单一,亟待档案界继续探索,推动档案价值鉴定理论与实践的进一步发展。

Since 2000, archival value appraisal has been a research hotspot in our country. Through the literature analysis, it is found that the research of archival value appraisal in China since the new century has mainly concentrated on the following aspects： the necessity of archival value appraisal, the basic theory of archival value appraisal, the dilemma and countermeasures of archival value appraisal, the archives retention schedule, the value appraisal of electronic records, the value appraisal of special archives. At present, the research on the basic theory of archival value appraisal in our country is relatively weak, and the research perspective and method are simple. Therefore, it is urgent for the archival circle to explore and promote the further development of theory and practice of archival value appraisal.
