民间机构档案收藏的困境、问题与对策——以广西某公司族谱收藏为例

Brief Analysis of Private Institutions' Plight and Problems in Archives Collection and Their Countermeasures——Take the Genealogy Collection by a Company in Guangxi as an Example

民间收藏是国家文物、档案收藏的重要补充。但因民间收藏者在管理软硬件设施方面的缺陷和管理理念上的缺失,导致档案资料在收藏过程中遭受到诸如虫蛀、磨损、氧化、受潮、发霉等损坏的情况时有发生。针对存在的这些问题,国家应该加强相关的立法和监督,积极探索档案、文物收藏、保护的新模式,同时,民间收藏者更应该找准自己的定位,肩负起文化保护者和传承者的社会责任。

The private archives collection is an important complement to the archives collection of the state. Due to the defects in sottware and hardware facilities management by private collectors and the lack of their management concept, the archives have suffered constant loss in the process of collection, such as mothbite, abrasion and oxidation, dampness and mildew etc. In allusion to these problems, the government should strengthen the relevant legislation and supervision, and actively explore a new mode of protection and collection about the archives and cultural relics. At the same time, the private collectors should fullv understand their orientation, and shoulder the social responsibility of protecting and passing on culture.
