用户重复缴费问题的探讨

摘要 电费账务管理作为电费回收的收尾环节,是确保电费收入颗粒归仓的"把关人"和"守门人"。伴随着电子化缴费的深化应用,电费账务工作中出现了很多新问题。在这些问题中重复缴费问题最为棘手,因为此问题的处理过程中很容易引发用户的投诉。本文通过重复缴费具体案例的归类分析,从而对近期的重复缴费账务处理和远期的彻底解决提出建议,不断完善电子化缴费时代的电费账务管理,也使得电子化缴费应用更加完美。 The accounting management of electric charges asthe finishing stage of the collection of electricity charges is the 'gatekeeper ' and ' gatekeeper ' to ensure the collection of electric-ity revenue particles. With the deepening application of electronicpayment, many new problems in the work of electricity bill. The du-plication of payments in these issues is the most difficult, becausethe processing of this problem is easy to trigger user complaints. Inthis paper, through the classification analysis of specific cases ofrepeated payment, to make recommendations for the recent repeat-ed payment processing and long-term solution, improve the elec-tronic payment age billing management, and make the applicationof electronic payment more perfect.
