摘要
互联网技术与能源行业融合的同时带来了能源服务市场。本文从政策、社会和技术方面剖析了电力企业构建"互联网+营销服务"体系的外在驱动力,并提出其构建目标,最后以某网省电力公司为例,描述其在营销服务中渗透"互联网+"服务理念,依托坚强智能电网建设成果,以移动互联、大数据等信息技术支撑,逐步开启多渠道协同并进的客户服务新模式。
The fusion of energy sector and technology of In-ternet leads to the market of energy service. The driving force forthe'Internet+ Marking Service'system of electric power companyis analyzed from policy, social and technical aspects. Then the ob-jective of the system is present. At last, this paper takes an exam-ple of one electric power company to describe its practice of build-ing the system. Based on the achievements of strong smart grid andthe technology of mobile Internet, the company has progressivelybeen exploring a new mode of customer service coordinated withdifferent platforms.
