我国医疗服务供给侧改革的场景与路径

The Current Situation and the Way of Supply-side Reform of Medical Services in China

长期以来,因医疗服务供给失衡所引发的"看病难、看病贵"一直是我国尚未解决的一大民生问题。为适应新经济发展态势,满足人民"病有所医"的需求,我国医疗服务供给侧改革已刻不容缓。路径包括:加大政府财政投入,合理配置医疗服务资源;逐步放松制度供给约束,引入有效竞争机制;稳步推进公立医院改革,实现其公益性目标;切实加大政府监管力度,理顺政事、管办的管理体制;健全医保制度,着力提高医疗保障的整体水平。

For a long time,＂the treatment is diffcule and expensive＂is always a livelihood problem in our country. To combine with the development trend of medical reform in our country and satisfy people＇s appeal of universal access to health care,to increase financial investment and allocate resources reasonably; and break supply bottle-neek and introduce effective competitive mechanism. What＇s more,we can accelerate the reformation of public hospital to realize the public welfare objectives. In addition,our country should enhance the supervising dynamics and establish well-developed management mechanism. We can also enhance the whole level of medical security in our country.
