摘要
为了给酒钢电厂粉煤灰中铁的回收工艺提供指导,对粉煤灰进行了提铁试验研究。采用干式磁选预富集-湿式中磁粗选-磨矿-弱磁精选工艺,最终获得铁品位54.90%、铁回收率55.73%的铁精矿,为酒钢粉煤灰利用提供了理论依据。
Tests on iron extraction from fly ash were conducted to provide guidance for reclaiming iron resource in fly ash from power plant of Jiuquan Iron and Steel Group Company. The processing flowsheet,consisting sequentially of dry magnetic preconcentration,wet middle-intensity magnetic-separation as roughing process,grinding,and low-intensity magnetic-separation as cleaning process,resulted in an iron concentrate with iron grade of 54. 90% and recovery of55.73%. This study provides a theoretical basis for comprehensive utilization of fly ash.
