摘要
以P204(双2-乙基己基-磷酸酯)、苯甲酸为原料,经酰化反应,合成了目标化合物苯甲酸-双2-乙基己基-磷酸酐,较佳合成条件为:以三乙胺为缚酸剂,n(P204)∶n(苯甲酸)=1∶1.1,反应温度为0℃。该合成方法产率较高,成本低廉,反应条件温和,操作简便。利用苯甲酸-双2-乙基己基-磷酸酐作为流动载体制得的乳状液膜体系直接萃取高酸度(pH=-0.18)且成分复杂的磷矿浸出液中的低浓度稀土离子,其萃取率比P204的萃取率提高了20个百分点,显示出良好的萃取性能。
Benzoic acid-bis2-ethylhexyl-phosphoric acid anhydride was synthesised with P204(D2EHPA) and benzoic acid as raw materials through an acylation reaction,with the following optimum conditions,including triethylamine as a deacid reagent,D2EHPA/benzoic acid molar ratio of 1 ∶1.1,a reaction temperature of 0 ℃. It is found such synthesis method is characterized by high production rate,low cost,mild reaction condition and simple operation. Rare earth ion in the low-concentrated phosphorite lixivium at pH of-0.18 was directly extracted with benzoic acid-D2 EHPA,instead of D2 EHPA,leading to the extraction rate increased by 20 percentage points,showing a good extraction performance.
