Library's Intelligent Service Mode Based on Context Awareness in the Times of SoLoMo

SoLoMo已经成为未来互联网发展的趋势。文章首先对情境感知服务与系统特征进行了介绍,然后提出基于情境感知智慧服务的模式特征、问题与挑战,最后构建出SoLoMo时代一种基于情境感知的图书馆智慧服务模式实现方案。该服务能够准确地获得读者阅读需求,为读者提供安全、高效的智慧服务,具有较高的读者满意度。

SoLoMo has become the trend of future Internet development. Firstly, this paper introduces thecontext awareness service and system features, and then proposes the model features, problems and challenges based on the context awareness. At last, this paper constructs context of intelligent service. This service mode can accurately obtain readers demand, and provide the safe and efficient intelligent service for the readers with a high degree of readers^ satisfaction.
