互联网+时代临床医生的精准信息素养教育模式探讨 被引量:4

摘要 医生是需要终身学习的职业,临床医生的信息素养关系到其诊疗水平和临床实践效果。如何提高医生的信息素养水平,是亟待解决的问题。通过问卷调查,了解临床医生的信息素养现状,包括信息意识、信息能力、信息查询习惯、免费资源使用情况和信息素养培训需求等。结果发现,医生的信息意识普遍较高,但信息能力一般,可用资源少。从教育团队的精准打造、教育对象的精准定位、服务渠道的精准对接和服务内容精准设计等方面,提出互联网+时代临床医生的精准信息素养教育途径,为开展信息素养培训提供参考。 The clinician needs to study a ll the l ife. The information literacy of clinician is related to his diagnosis level and c linical practice. How to improve the information literacy of clinician is an urgent problem to be solved. Through the questionnaire survey, the status of the information literacy of clinician can be obtained, including information consciousness, information a b i l ity, information query habits, free resources usage and information literacy training needs. The result shows that the information consciousness of clinician is generally higher, but the information ability is generally lower and the available resources are less. This paper proposes the accurate methods of information literacy education of clinicians in the era of In te r n e t P lu s from the precise construction of the education team, the precise positioning of the educational object, the precise docking of the service channel and the accurate design of the service content, to provide reference for the information literacy training of other clinicians.
