摘要
文章以合肥工业大学校园用户为对象,问卷调查其对图书馆个性化服务的了解、使用及个性化需求情况。同时网络调查安徽省高校图书馆个性化服务开展情况,在总结分析的基础上,提出如下改进策略:深化个性化服务理念,加强个性化服务意识;以用户交互为核心设计,构建功能齐全、集成化程度高的专用个性化服务平台;加强个性化服务的宣传和培训;多方位开展针对个性化服务系统的合作和联盟建设,排除个性化服务工作中产生的干扰和噪音。
Based on the survey of campus users in Hefei University of Technology, this paper analyzes the users’ understanding and usage of personalized service of university libraries and its individual demands. Through the network investigation, this paper analyzes the status of personalized service of university libraries in Anhui Province. Based on the analysis, the following strategies are put forward : to deepen the concept; to strengthen consciousness; to build a special platform with full-featured, highly integrated degree regarding user interaction as the core design; to strengthen propaganda and training; to carry out multi cooperation and alliance construction, excluding all interference and noise.
