基于知识管理的广东省本科院校专利研发研究

创新是大学的永恒主题,管理创新助推大学创新发展。总结分析了广东省62所本科院校专利研发成绩,认为目前普遍存在五个主要问题,分别是:相当数量院校专利意识比较淡薄,专利研发的非物质性条件需切实改善,高校间差异与分化正快速扩大,专利数量增加与质量提升脱节,专利权人与企业和市场结合度低。基于知识管理理念,认为应强化广东省本科院校专利研发、管理与服务,主要策略是:改善专利研发环境,研制专利发展战略,健全专利工作体系,发挥图书馆在专利知识管理中的作用,把专利工作融入"双创"教育和人才培养,切实实施专利协同创新及转化。

Innovation is the eternal theme of university, management innovation promotes innovation and development of university. The achievements of patent research and development （ R ＆ D） of 62 universities in Guangdong are briefly reviewed in this paper. Authors think that there are five main problems in patent R ＆ D of Guangdong university： a considerable number of institutions have relatively weak patent awareness; non-material conditions of patent research and development need to be improved; the differences and differentiation among universities are rapidly expanding; the quality is not in direct proportion to the quantity; the combinations of the patenteeswith enterprise and market are very low. This paper focuses on the six strategies of management and service optimization of patent R ＆ D in Guangdong universities based on the concept of knowledge management. The main strategies are ： improving patent R ＆ D environment, developing patent R ＆ D strategy, improving patent work system, making the university libraries play roles in knowledge management of patent, integrating patent works into the education and teaching of universe students and effectively implementing collaborative innovationand transformation of patent.
