摘要
为满足三汽包余热锅炉调峰机组汽水品质快速启机及锅炉并汽条件,研究了三汽包余热锅炉的汽水品质变化规律。首先概述了三汽包余热锅炉特点及调峰机组运行方式特性,并对存在的问题进行探讨;再提出凝结水以及蒸汽的控制优化方法,总结出三汽包汽水品质指标控制措施和方法;通过严控汽水异常处理,建立快速启机并汽条件,按照该条件可使该机组汽水品质快速符合国家标准。
In order to meet requirements for rapid startup of the peaking unit and steam combination of boilers, this paper studies change law of steam water quality. It firstly summarizes characteristic of the three-drum heat recovery boiler and operation mode speciality of the peaking unit as well as discusses existing problems. Then it proposes control optimization method for condensation water and steam and sums up control measures and method for steam water quality. By strictly controlling exception handling for steam water, conditions for rapid startup and steam combination are established than can enable steam water quality of the unit quickly meet the national standard.
