青扦云杉株间种子性状差异的观测与分析

The observation and analysis of individual plant seed character difference of Picea wilsonii

以城市绿化树青扦云杉为对象,采集球果并脱粒,对其出种率、成熟种子与空粒种子比例、成熟种子重量进行观测,结果表明:在2016年吉林市气候条件下,各植株平均出种率为5.3%,变动于2.8%~8%之间;各植株空粒种子百分率平均值为19.4%,变动于3.1%~74.1%之间;各植株种子千粒重均值为5.1 g,变动于3.8~6.0 g之间。方差分析结果显示,株间种子重量差异达到极显著水平(p<0.01),遗传性起决定性作用。

The seed sprouting rate,the proportion of mature seed and empty,weight of mature seed were observed by collecting cones and threshing and took the urban landscaping Picea wilsonii as object. The result showed that the average seed sprouting rate,empty seed percentage and thousand seed weight of each plant were 5. 3 %,19. 4 % and 5. 1 g,the variation was between 2. 8 % and 8 %,3. 1 % and 74. 1 %,3. 8 g and 6. 0 g respectively under the climate condition of Jilin city in 2016. The variance analysis result showed that the seed weight difference of individual plant reached extreme significance level. The heredity made decisive effect.
