共享型旅游住宿主客互动体验研究——基于互动仪式链理论的分析

Research on Interaction Ritual Chains in Sharing Accommodation

非标准旅游住宿日渐受到消费者的欢迎。共享旅游住宿作为非标准住宿的典型,其主客互动的质量直接影响游客的住宿体验。柯林斯的互动仪式链理论解释了人际互动的动力与过程,对共享旅游住宿有较强的解释力。利用小猪网的住客评论与房主日记,运用内容分析法探究共享旅游住宿中主客之间的互动仪式过程。发现:在共享旅游住宿中,主客之间的互动仪式主要包括互动准备阶段、互动进行阶段和结果评价阶段,在主客之间的持续互动中,形成了共同关注物,并完成了主客之间的情感共享。主客双方能否通过互动获取情感能量(EE)的提升,是决定共享旅游住宿能否持续运营的重要因素。

Randall Collins' s theory of interaction ritual chains explains the motivation and the course of people's interaction. It also has a strong explanation to the sharing accommodation. Using the guest-comments and the fairies of the house owners as the examples,this research investigates the course of the interaction ritual chains in the sharing accommodations through the content analysis. We find that there are three parts in the interaction course: the preparation,the development and the results of the interaction. During the whole course of the hosts and guests interactions,the same attention points are formed and the emotion sharing has been established. Whether to rise the emotion energy through the interaction between hosts and guests is an important factor to decide whether to continue the sharing accommodation.
