记忆性NK细胞在抗肿瘤研究中的进展

摘要 自然杀伤(NK)细胞是骨髓起源的大颗粒淋巴细胞,是固有免疫系统的关键组成部分。NK细胞是一群主要针对肿瘤和病毒感染细胞发挥杀伤活性的免疫细胞,具有无需预先致敏、高效性等特点,在抗肿瘤、抗感染免疫以及调节特异性免疫应答中发挥重要作用。最近,NK细胞已被证明具有类似适应性免疫T细胞和B细胞记忆性的特征。本篇综述在概括了NK细胞记忆性证据和机制的基础之上,探讨了NK细胞免疫记忆性所提供的新见解,并展望了应用NK细胞记忆性在抗肿瘤治疗中的新策略,有助于进一步加深理解和推动记忆性NK细胞在抗肿瘤领域中的科学研究。 Natural killer(NK)cells are bone marrow-derived granular lymphocytes that have a key role in immune defense against infections and malignancies.Recently NK cells have been shown to possess traits of adaptive immunity and can acquire immunological memory in a manner similar to that of T and B cells.In this review,we discuss evidence of NK cell memory and the mechanisms.The basic concepts derived from studying NK cell memory provide new insights about innate immunity and could lead to novel strategies to improve treatments for infectious diseases and cancer in translational medicine.
