核心力量训练对肥胖青少年血清抗氧化酶活性的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 将减肥训练营中80名肥胖青少年看作研究对象,对照组不进行核心力量训练,核心力量训练组需进行4周训练。实验后核心力量训练组体重、腰围、腰臀比非常显著性低于对照组(P<0.01),BMI、臀围、大腿围显著性低于对照组(P<0.05)。实验后核心力量训练组左下肢脂肪量、右下肢脂肪量非常显著性低于对照组(P<0.01),身体脂肪量、体脂百分比、内脏脂肪量、皮下脂肪量、左上肢脂肪量、躯干脂肪量显著性低于对照组。实验后核心力量训练组基础代谢量非常显著性低于对照组(P<0.01),台阶指数、肺活量高于对照组,总能耗量低于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。经核心力量训练后,受试者血清SOD含量显著性高于训练前和对照组(P<0.05)。实验后核心力量训练组血清NOS含量明显高于训练前(P<0.05)。经核心力量训练后,受试者血清MDA含量非常显著性低于训练前(P<0.01),显著性低于对照组(P<0.05)。经核心力量训练后,受试者血清GSH-P含量显著性明显高于训练前,非常显著性高于对照组(P<0.01)。核心力量训练能够改善肥胖青少年血清抗氧化酶活性。 To study the core strength training effects on obese adolescents serum antioxidant enzyme activity;Methods: 80 obese adolescents in camp as the research object,the control group without core strength training,training of core strength training should be 4 weeks. Results: after the experiment of core strength training body weight,waist circumference,waist-hip ratio is significantly lower than that of control group( P〈0. 01),BMI,hip and thigh circumference significantly lower than that of control group( P〈0. 05). After the experiment of core strength training of the left leg fat,right lower limb is a significant amount of fat is lower than the control group( P〈0. 01),body fat mass,body fat percentage,visceral fat,subcutaneous fat,left upper limb fat mass,body fat mass was significantly lower than the control group. After the experiment of core strength training is a significant amount of basal metabolism is lower than the control group( P〈0. 01),step index,vital capacity is higher than the control group,the total energy consumption amount is lower than the control group,with significant difference( P〈0. 05). After the core strength training,the subjects of serum SOD content is significantly higher than before the training and the control group( P〈 0. 05). Core strength training group after the serum NOS levels were significantly higher than those before training( P〈0. 05). After the core strength training,the subjects of serum MDA content is significantly lower than before training( P〈0. 01),significantly lower than that of control group( P〈0. 05). After core strength training,participants were significantly better than serum content of GSH-P significant training before,very significant higher than that of control group( P〈0. 01). Conclusion: the core strength training can improve obese adolescents serum antioxidant enzyme activity.
