摘要
针对已有基于经济性的配电变压器组检修计划研究鲜有计及可靠性约束的现状,在设备状态评价的基础上,分析检修模式对变压器故障率的影响,以计划检修费用和随机故障停电损失费用之和最小为目标,建立计及可靠性约束的配电变压器组年度检修计划优化模型。该模型对配电变压器的检修时间和检修模式进行优化决策以得到经济性最优的年度检修计划;并采用基于实数编码的自适应遗传算法进行求解。结合RBTS Bus2系统进行算例分析,计算得到经济性最优的检修计划及经济性指标;并分析可靠性约束对系统总费用的影响。
To overcome the disadvantage of the previous work that the reliability performance were not considered in maintenance model, a maintenance scheduling model was proposed considering the reliability constraints. Based on the evaluation of trans-former heath conditions,the impacts of maintenance mode on the transformer failure rates were discussed. A reliability-based maintenance scheduling optimization model is established by using the sum of planned maintenance cost and outage loss as the objective function,which was solved by using an adaptive real-number-coded genetic algorithm. The annual maintenance plan for transformers can be obtained based on the optimal maintenance time and modes. The proposed technique was applied to op-timize the maintenance schedule and evaluate the economy and reliability indices for the RBTS( Roy Billinton Test System) Bus2. In addition,the impacts of reliability constraints on the total system cost is also analyzed.
