摘要
为了提高矿用电源的效率,保证电源的安全性,研究并设计了一种准谐振反激式二次本安电源。基于实现软开关技术的要求,在对准谐振反激变换器工作原理进行分析的基础上,根据最大输出短路释放能量和最大输出纹波电压,计算出了输出滤波电容的取值范围;并由本安型准谐振反激变换器的设计方法,确定了电源主电路的参数。最后通过实验验证了理论的正确性及有效性。
In order to increase the efficiency and ensure the security of power source in underground mine,a quasi-resonant flyback converter as secondary power supply is designed in this paper. The operational principle of quasi-resonant flyback converter is explained by considering soft-switching technology. The spectrum value of the output filter capacitor is obtained with restriction on the maximum energy in short-circuit and request in maximum output voltage ripple. The design and procedure is listed. Correctness and availability of theories are proven by experiments.
