摘要 文章针对包钢两座大型高炉喷煤系统投产后遇到仓顶除尘器箱体严重变形、喷吹氮气消耗量大、喷吹支管、喷枪软连接频繁磨漏等问题,通过逐步完善生产工艺,改进设备缺陷,加固仓体,改善排风不畅,调整管路风喷嘴,降低喷吹用风量等方法,降低了能耗,解决了生产中的问题。 In this paper, it aims at the problems encountered after the commissioning of pulverized coal injection sys-tem for two large blast furnaces in Baotou Steel, such as serious silo deformation of roof scrubber, large consumption of ni-trogen injection, frequently worn - out of branch injection pipe and spray gun soft connection. By means of gradually impro-ving the production process, equipment defects and poor ventilation, strengthening the silo, adjusting the pipeline air noz-zle ,increasing operation methods, improving operation technique and reducing injection air volume to reduce the energy consumption and to solve the problems in production.
