摘要
文章根据超声波基本原理和数字信号的基本处理方法,利用超声波探伤电子仪表VMUS采集超声波探伤的回波信号,设计滤波器对宽厚板的样品进行超声波探伤检测,验证信号处理方法的有效性。
In the paper, according to the basic principle of ultrasonic and the basic processing method of digital sig-nals, the echo signal of ultrasonic flaw detection is collected by the use of electronic instrument VMUS for ultrasonic flaw detection ; the filter is designed to perform ultrasonic flaw detection on heavy plate samples, and the effectiveness of signal processing method is verified.
