摘要
发电机发生故障后,快速且准确的故障诊断方法有利于排除故障和缩短停机时间。发电机出现TV断线或定子接地故障时,通过分析发电机机端电压、机端零序电压、中性点零序电压数值的升高或者降低进行故障定位,确定发电机一次回路或者二次回路的故障类型及大致范围,又进一步根据现场经验指出具体的故障点,此方法只需对比故障前后发电机的电压值,简单易行。
When generator aborts,finding accurate solutions to generator failures can help with troubleshooting and shortening halt period. When generator failures such as TV disconnection or stator ground fault happen,through analyzing fluctuation of motor terminal voltage,motor terminal voltage and neutral zero sequence voltage,it can narrow down the type and scope of generator failures in primary circuit and secondary circuit. And then it can find out specific generator failures. This simple method is conducted by comparing the generator voltage before and after the machine breakdown. It is worth widely recommended.
