某电厂在启动过程中,高旁阀出现高频振动造成阀杆振断,通过对振动原因进行综合分析,采取了针对性的处理措施,成功地解决了阀门高频振动问题,消除了安全隐患。
In the process of start-up at a power plant,high frequency vibration of HP bypass valve occurred,and the stem of valve cracked. Through the comprehensive analysis of the causes of vibration,with corresponding measures,the problem of high frequency vibration of HP bypass valve was solved successfully,and the security risk has been eliminated.
