回转式空预器卡涩原因分析及防治措施

Reason Analysis and Preventive Measures for Jamming of Revolving Air Pre-heater

针对回转式空预器经常出现的卡涩或卡死的情况,对近几年出现的典型案例,进行原因分析,提出处理措施及防范对策,为事故处理提供借鉴,使从业人员能从空预器的传热、锅炉受热面的清洁度、风量配比及整体燃烧出发去分析及解决问题。

Aiming at jamming or stuck of air pre-heater,this paper analyzes some typical accidents in recent years. It proposes some treating and preventing measures,which can provide references to accident treatment. Meanwhile,it can suggest workers to analyze and solve the problems by the way of heat transformation of air pre-heater,cleanliness of heating surface from boiler,proportion of air and the overview of combustion.
