Risk Assessment and Early Warning Model of High-rise Building Fires Based on Catastrophe Theory

高层建筑火灾火势蔓延快,人员疏散困难,极易造成重大的人员伤亡和财产损失,给政府和社会的应对带来巨大的挑战。在突变理论和模糊数学的基础上,构建了一套较为合理的高层建筑火灾危险评估指标体系,提出了一种基于突变理论的高层建筑火灾危险模糊综合评价方法,并以某五星级酒店为例,对该方法进行了实际检验。

The rapid sprawling of high-rise building fires makes it difficult to evacuate people inside,resulting in significant casualties and large property loss,and posing a huge challenge to the society and government.This paper applies the catastrophe theory and fuzzy mathematics to the development of a fire risk evaluation index system for high-rise buildings,and proposes a fuzzy dynamic assessment method based on catastrophe theory with an illustration of a hotel to examine the effectiveness of the proposed method.
