依托派出所建立乡镇政府专职消防队的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Establishing Full-time Fire Brigades of Township Government under the Local Police Station

乡镇政府专职消防队普遍存在"硬件基础差、软件不规范、队员干不长、管理不严格、训练无人抓、执勤无人管、战斗力形不成"等问题,结合当前实际情况,客观分析了依托派出所建立乡镇政府专职消防队的优势,并从"建、养、管、用、训"几个方面就建设好、规范好和发展好乡镇政府专职消防队进行了思考和探索。

There are lots of problems existing in the full-time fire brigades of the township government,including poor hardware,nonstandard software,short service term,loose management,no person in charge of training,no supervision over job performance,poor combat capability.Based on the actual situation,this paper objectively analyzes the advantages of establishing full-time fire brigades of township government under the local police station,and explores approaches to the building,budgeting,managing,deploying and training of such fire brigades,so as to better build,standardize,and develop them.
