加强新时期乡镇地区消防安全监管的几点思考

Strengthening Fire Safety Supervision over Towns & Villages in the New Era

随着我国城镇化快速发展,乡镇地区建筑数量越来越多,生产或使用的危险化学品种类繁多,生产工艺流程复杂,致灾因素和火灾危险源多,消防安全形势不容乐观。乡镇消防安全监管面临着不规范、不专业、不落实等一系列问题,为此提出采取加大乡镇地区企业专项整治、整合消防监管力量、常态化运行多部门联合检查、推进"网格化"消防安全监管、加强消防监管业务指导和加大消防宣传培训力度等措施,进一步提升乡镇地区消防安全水平。

With China＇s rapid advancement of urbanization,more architecture have been constructed in towns and villages.The situation of fire safety is unpromising due to a wide range of dangerous chemicals being produced and used,the complex chemical production processes,and the emergence of more fire incurring factors.Meanwhile,towns and villages are facing a series of fire safety issues,like nonstandard supervision,unprofessional supervision,failure to implement fire safety measures and so on.This paper introduces some efficient countermeasures,including intensifying township enterprise fire safety,integrating related agencies to conduct fire protection supervision,regularly carrying out joint inspection of multiple departments,advancing grid fire safety supervision,and expanding fire safety publicity and training,so as to improve the stability of fire safety in towns and village.
