摘要 百年中师,不忘初心,立德树人,始终把德育摆在了各项工作之首,长期以来,积累了丰富经验,形成了一套行之有效的管理制度和有益做法,对巩固和加强中师生的思想品德、职业道德和行为规范的养成做出了重要贡献。回顾百年中师德育的传统经验和有益做法,对加强当代高师生的德育工作,培养品学兼优的教师队伍仍具有重要的启示意义。 For a long time, the "Centennial Secondary Normal Schools" have focused its core effort on moral education in the first place, accumulated rich experience and formed a set of effective management system and beneficial practice, which made an im-portant contribution to the consolidation and enhancement of students' ideology and moral character, professional moral and behavioral norms in Centennial Secondary Normal Schools. Reviewing the traditional experience and beneficial practices of moral education of Centennial Secondary Normal Schools is still of great significance for strengthening the moral education work and cultivating teachers team with excellent academic and performing abilities.
