基于大学社会服务职能的教学实践研究

A Research on Teaching Practice Based on Universities' Function in Social Service

社会服务是高等教育的三大职能之一,对其狭义的理解阻碍了大学服务社会作用的发挥。采用纵向研究法,跟踪2011年至2017年间大学以语言和教学研究成果服务核电企业"走出去"的过程,总结了履行服务职能的经验,探讨大学服务区域经济的切入点和范式。实践证明,在新时代社会对大学服务的潜在需求增加,社会服务是大学的使命。更好地履行大学的社会服务职能需要制度保障,服务社会工作在大学考核中的作用也有待加强。

Social service is one of the three major functions of higher education. The narrow understanding of it has hindered the development of the social service function of university. Using the longitudinal research method, this paper tracks the process from 2011 to 2017 in the university language and teaching and research services for nuclear power enterprises to ＂go out＂, summarizes the performance of service experience, and discusses the university to serve the regional economy and paradigm. Practice has proved that,in the new era, the potential demand for social service is increasing. To better fulfill the social service function of the university needs system guarantee, and the role of the social work in the university examination should be strengthened.
